The ivory tower Guru – What a laugh
Yes, I finally understood. The vein on my head has finally burst and blood flowed on the floor … not to mention my nice new keyboard. Send someone to Bill. It will not be guru. Why? Why are not the cause of my frustration. This is the guru bashers out there that are making me crazy. Well, if you're one of them and not want to hear the truth, read this article. You have been warned.
This speech is a direct resultRon Douglas started a thread on the Warrior Forum. He basically asked if it has reached a point where you become too successful to post on forums anymore. Well, in short, the end came to say that many gurus have stopped posting simply because he is sick and tired of all the guru bashing. And who can blame them? Hell, I'm not a guru and I have had my share of brutal attacks. I can only imagine what these people facewith.
But here's the best part. It was mentioned about the gurus sitting in their ivory towers basically just shooting the bull and does nothing productive, while we guys are just there to do a proper job done. Uh, hello? How do you think these guys got where they are? And you really think they have stopped, unless, of course, have simply decided to retire? Where people come with these crazy ideas?
What is really, is that the beat in the firstplace. The irony of all this is now. Just about anyone who wants a guru celebrations in a way where they are. I mean let's face it. We are in this business to make money and we hope to become as successful as we can. And 'this all sound familiar? We are basically bashing people who have managed to do what we want to God you could do?
The hypocrisy of this is beyond ironic. It 's almost ridiculous. But without doubt, continue to go. Why? It 'very easy.And 'human nature. We like to see more people fall. It 's just the way it is. Find all the fallen heroes, we had in our history. Look at people like Mike Tyson, Barry Bonds, Tiger Woods, and so on. We love it when these people live and get adopted by some pickets … while we wish we could have their fame and fortune.
Indulge. The next time you want to do a sort of guru bashing, look in the mirror and see if it is just good old jealousyand nothing else.
